Great people! Mekenna helped us out. We had a bit of a crisis needing a large tent at very short notice. I called multiple places and wasn't having much luck until I got Mekenna on the phone, she was by far the most pleasant and accommodating. She even gave me her personnel number to text while she was working on it. She came through for us! Great service, highly recommended!

I can't stress enough that this place is a joke. Very poorly managed and no cares at all about customer satisfaction. They don't care because they are the biggest event company and know they will still get your business. I know that many of the last 5 star reviews are current employees. There is no concern about their employees. Run them like dogs during the summer and cut their hours during the winter. Good job management. Just be cautious if you place an order. They usually won't call you with problems until the day before or day after. Make sure you tell your salesperson you want to know inventory during the first conversation. They will make the sale with no regards for the inventory on hand. If you choose them for your event, well good luck and wish you the best. If you have no issues with your event then go buy a lottery ticket because you are extremely lucky.

Horrible experience!!! Stay away from using Marquee Rentals. Zero customer service and they have now sent us to collections over something they told us we wouldnt be charged for! I might add, zero correspondence from them-just a surprise collection notice! The customer is certainly not the priority!! Every other vendor we used was fabulous, but Marquee is a complete joke!!

We used Marquee for our tent, table and linen needs for the Plaza Art Fair and had a very good experience, even when we made last-minute changes due to heavy rain in the forecast. Additionally, we asked them to special order two different linen colors for our VIP party and everything looked great.

Never ever rent from this place! They told me on the phone Friday to pick up between 8am and 5pm on Saturday- guess what?! They close at 3pm on Saturday!! And if you call after hours there is no one available to contact in case of emergencies!!! NEVER AGAIN! Ruined our family Easter dinner! UPDATE: They did finally return my call late Saturday night, and apologized. They also gave me a full refund so I updated their score to two stars. I still wouldn't use them again because of this experience.
