Although they didn't have my order ready when they said nor did they have the exact amount (we were short 25 out of a 350 piece order), the quality was outstanding! Not only were they easy to work with, they were friendly, and the prices were affordable! Prices compared to online with the benefit of being local. I highly recommend them. I would like to see them have a website in the future. It would be nice to find out what all services/products they supply.

I've used this business three times to have shirts printed. The quality is pretty good, if inconsistent - one order was completely screwed up, although they (mostly) made it right; the value is okay (could do better price-wise by shopping online, but I prefer supporting local businesses); and the communication and timeliness is poor. My last order was not ready when promised (I had asked and confirmed the pick-up time when making the order);secondary and tertiary deadlines also came and went without the order being completed. I had to initiate all communication with them in order to find out any information, promises to call me were not fulfilled, and ultimately I had to make a special trip back to the store (40 miles round-trip, since it was my day off) to finally collect the shirts. I was not offered any kind of apology - really it was more of a smirk. I'm done with this place.
I am so very dissatisfied with this place! I placed an order 3 WEEKS AGO and paid up front and was told I would recieve a rough draft in a few days. I did recieve that e-mail but didn't care for how it looked. So we agreed on a different look. I had to fight just to see the new lettering. After going into the shop and calling multiple times every time he beat around the bush about not having my order ready. Long story short I got a refund and will never return again.
Very nice people i still have sruff theor im just too busy to pick it up right now
