Horrible place to work at. I started working at this company in November. In orientation the company seemed legit. However, after the week of orientation I went to the production floor to start my job as a packaging operator. While performing this task there was so much miscommunication from the standpoint of changing machine training every break not perciscley learning each machine and it's operation and learning machine operations from different employees (which was chaos because everyone had there own way of how they did their job) eventually I was confused about operations. However, because I'm a critical thinker I picked up on the operations pretty fast. The kicker for me was the lack of men working in my department and the packaging supervisor was a lady who stated she did not like a certain black man because he reminded him of her daughter's boyfriend she did not like. I started seeing a dislike towards myself. Things such as her stating she did not want me sitting down because I was being trained yet other employees can sit down. To be exact I sat down once while I worked and was threatened about being fired, the straw that broke the camel's back was the fact I went to the bathroom and she told me I was in the bathroom for 20 mins when I went into the bathroom to take care of my business and came back out (wasn't in there for long at all). She eventually had a meeting and spoke down on me as I was a peasant but did it in a subliminally way in front of the other employees while she looked at me and spoke down on another blackman saying he sounded like a mosquito when he spoke. As I completed my shift for the day she awaited by the door and asked me to give her my badge and told me that I was not allowed back and took my badge. I left shocked and saddened but left the company. The people I've worked with in this company were a blessing. Yet management does not care about anyone and lacks morals. I would advise anyone to move on.
