I was in the store today and Emily helped me. She greeted me as I entered the store, she was very attentive, she even thanked me for my patience several times. The funny thing was, I didn't feel I was needing to be patient because she was helping me at what I felt was a proficient speed so it never occurred to me I was being patient. I had a return that I didn't have all of the documentation for but that didn't matter to Emily, it just seemed that she was eager to help me and solve my problem... Which she did! I especially appreciate excellent service as I spent a good portion of my life working in retail and know how challenging it can be at times. Thank you Emily for your GREAT service... I will make a point to come by your store often!!

I recently visited this store only to my surprise and disgust, I find this! Price gouging at anytime is wrong.. But to do it while literal THOUSANDS of people are actively dying is beyond disturbing! Not to mention the manager ridiculously rude to staff and kept disappearing in the back when it was clear the front needed assistance. Its managers like that that run a business down. That is, if your price gouging doesn't do that enough. I would give 0 stars if I could. As a healthcare worker, I'm more and more disappointed with how people conduct themselves and businesses during this time.
If there was an option for zero star, I would’ve given that to this store. I got to the store 1 hour before closing, and there was only 1 “sale advisor” who was helping 2 ladies while being on the phone with another customer. 10 mins went by, he came out to help me, WHILE still on the phone helping the same customer. Another 10 mins later, finally got off the phone, and started printing out my papers. He took another 10 minutes to figure out the paper size and how to print the image WITH my help. While the printer was printing, he then told me the printer has been jamming and causing issues to other customers today. 5 mins went by and nothing was printed because PRINTER WAS OUT OF TONER and he couldn’t figure out HOW TO CHANGE IT. What kind of service is this?
