The store was sold out of the item we were looking for. An employee made suggestions where we might be able to find the seasonal item. Also, the staff was very informed about various pet foods and what items would be suited to our pet's specific needs. I would highly recommend this store.

I got my betta here on black Friday about a month after buying and setting up my first 10 gallon tank. Staff was very helpful and informative when explaining how to cycle a tank and what brands or options to choose from. My most recent trip included buying a mystery snail and several live plants. All of which are still alive and doing great.

Very friendly staff and the store is clean and we'll stocked. I've only been inside one other Petco in Missouri and that's in Independence. This store was a lot nicer inside than in Independence. I shop for my cat and they have much more selection to choose from. And as a bonus, I'm a rewards member so I get special pricing and points for cash back. I love everything about PetCo.
