It is the little things that make the big difference. We rented tables and chairs for a meeting. Everything went as expected, with no problems. One of their nice employees took the time to pick up our leaf bags that had blown over. Good people do good things. I would use their services again. Thank you

Would highly recommend! I called in a pinch (I called them from out of state)and was greeted with excellent customer service, but was further accommodated to a particular set of challenges that they helped us overcome. If you're looking for a great business to work with, stop looking. Hazel at Platte Rental & Supply was a great partner to work with.
Do not go here. There are way better stihl dealers around town. I have bought 2 saws from this place and had to take one in for a repair that should have been done within a week or 2. Instead it took 5 weeks!! Ended up paying almost double the original estimate due to part being obsolete. Took them 3 weeks to figure out the part was obsolete. Asked for a 10% discount due to taking more than twice as long as it should have and being almost double the original estimate. U would think they would give some sort of discount for someone that has bought 800 worth of saws and countless other things there. I understand parts being obsolete, but why did it take 3 weeks to figure that out? All in all they have poor customer service and are not loyal to repeat customers. Drive a little further and go to a stihl dealer that cares about their customer service!!

We'd previously used Platte Rental Supply for equipment rentals and always found them friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced. When we needed items for an event at our home, they were out first call and we couldn't be happier! Tents, tables, chairs and linens delivered and set up the day before the event and torn down day after. The office staff helped me work through what we needed and were understanding when I changed things up a week out. Worth every penny - we'll definitely use them again!
