Fixed our vehicle within a timely manner even though it was brought in without an appointment. Didn't try and make problems out bigger than they really were. didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I knew I was missing a bolt in one of my brake calipers - they still charged a 55 fee for diagnoses of the reported issue. I suppose that makes sense to ensure the client knows what their talking about... When all was said and done, they had installed two new bolts (one on each front wheel) and charged around 250 for parts and labor. Seemed a little costly to me, but I needed the work done right away and I was back on the road in no time. When speaking to the mechanic, he seemed to really know his stuff and told me exactly what was happening with my truck and what actions he was recommending before proceeding. Great experience, thank you!

Chris was very professional and polite, quickly arranging a tow for our undriveable VW, which had inexplicably blown out all of it's oil the day before. He discovered the problem and offered a thorough explanation as to what it was, but was also very upfront with the fact that this would be a labor-intensive repair, and the first of it's kind for his shop. I appreciate honesty and transparency. I will definitely be back in the future.
