I'm a business professional who came here to take a drug test for work. I have never been treated so rudely anywhere in my life! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a criminal and literally insulted and verbally accosted for no apparent reason at all. I feel the girl working here needs to be drug tested because of the bizarre nature she was acting. It was so bad I decided to just leave and go to the other location near Shawnee mission medical center where they were very friendly and I had no issues whatsoever.

The worst service I have ever received . Internet is down so we can’t find your file or call you and let you know we can’t fulfill your appointment that was made 2 weeks ago. But you could drive an extra hour to go somewhere else . No thanks Terribly managed business. Only business that thinks they don’t need to notify patients of a problem or cancel . The worker keeps sayin it’s unfortunate doesn’t help . Fix your systen and have a backup plan.

The only reason I am giving this place one star is because I can't give them any less. went in for a pre-employment urinalysis the girl was frazzled and was worried because she didn't have a coat that day and it was going to be cold out. Did all the necessary stuff for the urinalysis paperwork etc and then waited and waited and waited 5 days later my company still has not had results for the urinalysis because the gal that collected the urine messed something up. the service was sent something by the lab to clear up the discrepancy in the paperwork and yet here it is a week later and the center still has not done what they are supposed to do. This has costed me over 1,000 of work this week. Now I am sitting at a different clinic because that center could not get their stuff in order waiting for another employment drug test. Do not ever use these guys. Worst service in the world
