Great place to get a used vehicle!

Horrible experience. Found a vehicle online, called ahead before going up to look at it amd test drive it but it just so happened that they had it on a lift to paint the hubcaps... First of all whats the point of that. And second we called ahead. Talked to the gentleman and said we would be back in the morning. Called on our way up there just to find that the car was sold to a customer that was already in line for it. It would have been nice to know that there was someone else interested and to be there before they opened if we wanted to get it. Their lack of communication sucked in this situation.

This is the best place to buy cars. Wonderful customer service and great vehicles. I have loved both my cars that I have purchased from Rosedale Auto Sales. They have safely gotten me across the state of Kansas many times. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car. You won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I recently bought a car under the impression that there were no problems, price was great, but there were hidden problems that were not disclosed to me. I was told there weren’t any problems with the vehicle later to find out there were various problems. Rosedale continuously told me they would fix the issue but never did. Long story short, the dealership was dishonest with me and held information from me knowing the risks of me reporting the situation but completely disregarding it in hopes of simply making money and not having the problems reported.
