Today I tried to call the soft surroundings Kansas City Plaza store. The woman that answered the phone I shared with her that I was wanting to place an order for an item I saw in the catalog. She very rudely said I’ll need your name and number and will give you a call back. I gave her my name and number. She rudely said OK will give you a call back and disconnected the phone. Did not even wait for any response from me as I had questions asked to one, can I do this over the phone. And number two when will you be calling me back. Four hours later still no phone call. Horrible telephone customer service! If you are going to ask for a phone number with a name, at least have the decency to tell me when you are going to be calling back or ask, can I take your name and number and we will call you back in XX time? Is this ok?

I like the clothes there. They have great sales. And they have sizes from 0 to 22. So that great. Very helpful staff. Great sampling. I always find something new and fun. Its a calm store so a great respite from the hustle and bustle.

Okay, biased, because I work here part-time. But if you want cool clothes (mainly for ladies in their 40s and over, but we may surprise you, younger ones!), cordial and professional help in a warm and welcoming atmosphere- Soft Surroundings is for you.
