If you're thinking about using Spectrum internet, just be aware that they will open collections accounts on you (dropping your credit score significantly and putting derogatory marks on your credit report) without even trying to contact you about any outstanding balance you may not be aware of. I've had programs on my dvr for over a year that I couldn't erase which filled up half of the memory. Tech who came out said \It's a known problem with no solution.\ Said he didn't have any replacements on his truck. The next time I was going by Westport, I took it in. They gave me a replacement, no questions. If you're having the same problem, it's bad hardware. Go get a new one.
My bill increases every year for basic internet services. The internet service is spotty and they overcharge. Very disappointed.
I had a very good customer service experience at this store. Even though I had to go back the next day to get my daughter's phone switched over to spectrum mobile, both of the csr's that worked with me were very good at their jobs. They were patient with all the customers. I would go back to this store if I need anything else for this service.
When I got my first bill I found out that they signed me up for additional services I explicitly said I didn’t want. I called customer service and got places on hold and transferred multiple times. Each person tried to up-sale me and get me to accept the services and/or additional services. Spent half an hour on the phone before I was told the issue was taken care of..... I hope it is. Not worth this run around. I’d rather pay more for internet and not go through t he dishonest horse and pony fast-sale / up-sale show.
