I went in because my check engine light was on. They did a diagnostic and found the problem right away. It was a great experience as always, everyone was polite and professional with me. I would like to add though, that when customers aren't able to pay in full at the point of checkout; that employees would recommend other options to pay so they can have the best experience. I was able to use their Sunbit repayment option and drive away with my vehicle with same day service. Great repayment option for customers who qualify. Thank you.

I was online looking for an octane red hellcat. John Rodriguez at State Line Dodge called me (close to closing time) and asked exactly what I was looking for. I told him, and he asked if he could call back in about 30 minutes to let me know what he found. I was doubtful he would call back but it tool him a short 15 minutes to call me back and let me know he found me exactly what I was looking for. When I went in to talk to him I told him I didn't want to be there more than an hour and didn't want to play the typical car salesman games. He was a joy to work with. We were able to agree on a price, get financed, and spend some time joking around all in about an hour. They treated me like a real person and listened to my wants. They went out if their way to ensure buying a new car was a smooth and easy process. They even checked on me after I had my car a few days to make sure I was still happy with it. I have found the place I will be going to first when it is time for my next car. I want to end this by saying they have made a very happy lifelong customer out of me and that is not an easy task to accomplish! They did more work than any other dealer in the Kansas city area to earn my business. Thank you State Line Dodge and John for finding my car, I love it!!!!!
