If you haven’t stopped into Taps you’re truly missing out and need to correct that immediately! Just stopped into this amazing establishment on Monday and was greeted with superb service. The facility itself was extremely clean all staff in mask and were very attentive. To my surprise I had the incredible opportunity to meet the owner himself Grant! Really down to earth, cares for his patrons and open minded about what’s happening in the world today along with how he and his staff are handling it. To close out this review I was introduced to a new addition to the menu that luckily I was the first to try, the “Philly Tots”!!! It brought the best of both worlds in breakfast to a lunch sandwich fashion in a bowl. No bun necessary, the philly steak with bell peppers and mushrooms perfectly made, place that on top of the tots for the crunch and wow, finally topping that for the finish with cheesy goodness and I’m in heaven! Again if you haven’t stopped in yet you should!!!!! Also get there famous chicken dip it’s amazingly mouth watering!!

Came from Buffalo, NY to party with Kansas City Chiefs fans for the big game. Taps on Main offers Tonawanda wings, named after the suburb of Buffalo I grew up in. These wings were fantastic as was the high tech, pour your own selection of dozens of beer taps. The owner kept the frenzied crowd comfortable and filled and the chiefs provided the reasons to cheer. Excellent food, great staff, and perfect place to chill for a game, or sip between seasons. Don’t pass the middle of the USA without stopping here.
I would come here all the time if I lived in KC. The prices are very reasonable and the food tastes great. For food, I ordered the wings and the Reuben Tots. The wings are the right amount of crispy and buffalo sauce. I ordered the large Reuben Tots. It was loaded with sauce, meat, and cheese. These tots were better than the sandwich. The staff was friendly. This is a great place to watch sports once sports finally make a come back. The drinks are great. They have a ton of beers and some cocktails on draft. The bartender knows what he is doing and can make you any type of drink you want. Just tell the bartender what you have a taste for and they will make sure you get it.
Let's try a new beer. That's how I felt when I saw all the beer taps. I was a newbie to this place. Sam the beer lady explained it all. She took my credit card and gave me a card to place on the tap. That is when I could pour as much or as little beer that I wanted. Cool part is when you place your card on the tap is shows the amount of money you owe. Knowing what charges you are at you can stop when you hit your dollar amount. I ordered wings and fried pickles. If you want a fancy meal this is not the place. If you want better than bar food this is the place. I will go back every few months to try all the new beers.
