I used the Parking Spot in Kansas city for the first time and it was quick and easy. I like the convenience of being able to pay in advance. Also, the shuttle's come around quickly. I didn't have to wait even 5 minutes to get picked up when I left nor when I came back. I will be using this parking service again for my overseas trip.

I love the Parking Spot. Get picked up at my car, get help with my bags, dropped back off at my car, and help with my bags. No walking or running to catch a bus. Prices are reasonable for the service they provide. I also have the app and have used my points to pay for parking as well as gotten free upgrades!! I never want to park in long term, circle lot, or garage ever again.

Reserved parking And a car wash and prepaid. Totally understood that if weather was not permitting car wash would not be done. Well that was the case but the fact that you cannot get a refund on a service they did not do it’s just ridiculous. We will not be parking here ever again. Completely unacceptable

Parking Spot has a good, efficient system: get everything done on line, scan your code, go park and the driver pulls up, loads your luggage and you're off to the terminal. Pick up is as simple as a phone call when you get your luggage. I've been very pleased with the service and will use it always when I travel from-to KCI.
