The choice of an attorney is an important decision! If you are looking for integrity and respect, keep looking you will not find it here! I couldn’t agree more with the other comment! “This attorney spends a lot of time telling you how wonderful he is and then does absolutely nothing.” He called the night before trial to get details pertaining to my case, after I spent countless hours pulling all details together in a notebook for him and requesting numerous meetings to review. All of which were cancelled after I took off work and drove over 20 miles one to attend. I drafted and sent to his paralegal my own documents to submit in the case. He showed up day of trial unprepared and without the Discovery provided by the opposing party. Since the conclusion of my case, I have requested numerous times for a copy of my file and his office has failed to provide for over 8 months now. Additionally, I just learned that inquires were made on my case by the opposing parties counsel that was never responded to by Mr. Service which may cause a great financial burden to me. I also agree with the comment, “Do not waste your time or money here!”

This attorney spends a lot of time telling you how wonderful he is and then doing absolutely nothing. They still have a filing fee of mine though they never filed anything. I requested a refund but have heard nothing from them. Do not waste your time or money here!

Had an 11am consultation. Arrived at 10:50am. Around 11:15 I ask if I should reschedule, receptionist says no he's coming up the stairs. 11:25 I hear her call him on speakerphone, this man says I'm still in the chair, (at the barber shop.) Tell him to fill out the paperwork and that I'm on my way. I told the receptionist I'll just find someone else. I could understand if a client ran over but getting a haircut? When this appointment had been scheduled since Monday, you wait until I'm supposed to be there to go get a haircut. NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM.
