Overall a pretty simple transaction. The guys behind the desk were informative. Pulled my trailer inside from the rain which was appreciated. They did make financing seem like it was a hassle on their part, which I guess causes a little bit more paperwork. I was preapproved before heading in which made things easier, I would think. A sale is a sale and money is money, who cares where it comes from is my opinion. I suffered a 100 penalty for financing, they call it a processing fee. Had to purchase a spare tire which didnt come with trailer purchase. Overall, I'm happy with my trailer and Mark was a pleasure to talk to, I can look past the speed bumps.
