I don't know why I was charged an additional 17 three days later, when I had to pay 90 prior to that. I thought after thye checked the car and gave me my final bill that was it. Tried calling them and no one answered.

Such a pain to return the truck after hours
Lots of associates just standing around glaring at me while I looked for the right size box, finally l came to the counter and asked for help,a young tall man briskly went to a row of boxes said this is it and walked away, it wasn't, l grabbed the right one came back to the counter where l was shuffled down to another window so he could help with someone who came in after me, with anything and everything! No short supply of yes ma'am , what else can l do for you etc! I remained composed, only difference in me and the other customer was our color.
Nice staff but u-haul themselves have forever lost my business. I was not informed prior to showing up I would need to put down a 100 cash deposit when renting and paying cash. I had to unfortunately borrow money from a family friend who needed that money to pay a bill that's now overdue and has as of today shut off. I get to the drop off location and told that they are not able to refund my deposit due to not enough cash on hand to do so....(ridiculous) I've spoke to customer service and was told I have to wait 7-10 business days to get the deposit check when the drop off location told me I would receive the check via mail in 5 days or less. Promised. By an employee. I guess that was just to keep me and my fiance calm. THANK YOU UHAUL FOR MAKING MY MOVE SO EASY..... I'll never recommend this company to anyone and will always appose the choice of renting anything from them. Selfish and money hungry. Just rent local and support real people, not greedy corporations.
The staff and rental were perfect. But the way the company handles billing errors is terrible. Ive had this issue every since my truck was turned in. Passed around from agent to agent to tell me to call my bank. After advising my bank advised to dispute the entire amount (which i don't want to do) i was not given any further help. Unacceptable when you've paid the correct amount. Unacceptable i am so disappointed in this and i will never use a card or may never use this again.
