We found this place on line and hoped to find a couple of used bikes. We went last week to check them out, only to find a sign on the door saying they were not doing in store shopping, only repairs. I understand why, but a statement on their website would have been nice which is why I'm posting this here, as I know bikes are a hot commodity right now.

Extremely fair pricing and quality service. All other bike places were 30-45 days out for a tune up. Dave was able to get my bike in the shop that day. Very affordable tune up and he even diagnosed my shifting issue (busted front derailleur), and held onto my bike until I ordered and received a new one that Dave suggested. He could have ordered it and charged a markup, but he didn't. Dave then included the derailleur installation as a part of a tune up with no extra charge. I had my bike tuned up with a new derailleur in less than 10 total days, for 50% of what it would have costed elsewhere in KC. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dave is awesome. Experience and honesty. Prices are good, too.

Stopped by Waldo Bikes today to purchase a set of foot pedal cages for my husband's bike. The young guy working there was very helpful, explained all my options, and in the end offered me a pair of used foot straps that worked perfectly. It was a GREAT experience from a local business that's trying to make improvements in customer service and deserves a chance.

I took my 1500 scott MTB in this location 2 years ago for tune up, I rode bike first time last week since it was tuned up, then I found my front brake didn't work at all, I suddenly recalled that he said hydraulic fluid leaking a lot during tune up, I was wondering why... this is why, not quite experienced service, it was cheap through, only cost me 40, then this is what I got... If you got an expensive MTB like I do, use certified dealership for tune up.
