These apartments are for cheapskates who don't appreciate electricity. Just look closely at the interior photographs. There are NO outlets in the kitchen, so throw away all your kitchen appliances like coffee maker, toaster, and food processor. There are only one or two outlets in the living room, so get ready to throw out some of your computer and TV equipment. There is NO outlet in the bathroom, so don't bother with your hair drier, electric razor, and electric toothbrush.

This review is for the maintenance team. Nathan and John have taken care of both of my maintenance requests in a prompt and professional manner. I am very happy with their work.
Absolutely awful. Crime ridden, overpriced, dirty, roach-infested and doesn’t care about residents concerns, by far the worst experience I’ve had in an apartment building. Mac properties really needs to gut this place and make it into something HABITABLE. They claim it’s a “good deal” because some of their apartments are rent-controlled but I found a clean, nice apartment in the crossroads twice the size for only 100 more. If you want a gross overpriced apartment filled with nasty people, Westport central is your place.
Nathan is great with response time and a very polite Gentleman. Definitely hope to have future maintenance done by him.
Superb ambiance. Well maintained. I am resident here with absolutely no problem with service available 24*7 in any emergency !
