Cute store, great jewelry. The staircase to access the store is right next to the entrance of Blue Koi. However if you're looking for a place that will offer you assistance, I would not recommend here. The young man that was working today seemed in a very bad mood, did not even acknowledge me until I came up to the counter to pay, and even cussed in front of me after hanging up the phone with another customer. Great products just a horrible representation of what the store is all about.
I've been here numerous times in the past. Love the shop. However today (my birthday) I decided to come back. Hours say 11am - 7pm on Saturdays. We got there at 3pm. Door was locked. No one answered the phone number. And I even used the door knocker. No answer. Very disappointed today...
They took the time to specifically research through their crystal books to see if they could help me find what I was looking for even though they knew they probably didn't have it. Some of the prices were a little high but, for the most part, the quality seemed to match the price. Very pleasant experience.
