Our HS was able to have XS Lighting & Sound put in some new equipment and its been really exciting. I am a novice at running sound so even more exciting than the new speakers, mics, lights etc has been the customer service (more like education!). Rick has answered my many emails/texts, and has helped me over the phone. He answers my questions, problem solves with me, and (even most importantly) he also asks me questions that prompt me to realize new things. I highly recommend this company!!
