Adding additional charges to your residences just because they had friends over one night is ridiculous. The staff is not only rude but does not handle serious issues regarding their residents in a acceptable way. NO STUDENT should waste their time nor money here. FIND A BETTER OPTION FOR HOUSING.

They're the first to take advantage of students under the deception of "affordable prices" and "good service" which is not the case.
