Great place to learn Karate. Master Mende is amazing with the kids, really knows how to reach them to have the understand the moves. Highly recommend to anyone looking.

This is an awesome martial arts school. My son has been training with Master Mende and his staff for about a year now. He is not only learning self-defense, but also discipline, respect, focus and leadership. He is more confident in speaking/presenting in front of a large group of students and parents, and proud of moving up to the next belt each time. He is more disciplined and focused at school and other activities. Highly recommend this school to anyone seeking martial art training!
