My son has attended classes for a couple of years now. He's developing physical and mental skills that you just can't get at school. Most importantly, his confidence level has skyrocketed. I highly recommend this particular school for anyone with kids!

Since I began taking classes a month ago I've noticed substantial improvements in my health. Mr. Sul is a fantastic instructor that provides a personal touch to his instruction.

My boyfriend found this place through Groupon, so we ended up purchasing the 10 for 5 visits. We started last week by going two times a week and our kids really like it. It is a little far for us I think to continue but we will have to see. The master gave us a very good price to continue to take lessons here so we will have to decide. But the master is awesome! My kids have really been behaving better. So I think it make a difference! If you live near Wheaton definitely check them out!

I have 2 boys (ages 4 and 7) that have been taking classes from Mr Sul for one year now. I absolutely love the program! My boys enjoy each class, working both physically and mentally. Mr Sul emphasizes respect and positive behavior. What a difference! An overall fantastic program!

ATA Martial Arts is an excellent way for adults to get fit and get into shape, gain confidence, gain balance, and meet new friends. Taekwondo and self-defense taught here is very exciting and will keep you engaged. You will not be bored here.
