This place offers a variety of classes for men and women. There is belly dancing, Afro-Caribbean dance fitness, Afro-Cuban dance, mommy and me, dancehall etc. The bathroom is clean. There is apparel, water bottles, and natural products for sale. I love the lunch time fete work out. There is also a kids room with toys for the children. Only certain classes come with childcare, so be sure to check first. The staff is friendly and really brings the good vibes.
