Bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS, Mike worked with me. I got in and got out. Yes, I am a real person not a fake post lol. I will be back and recommend him in the future!

We bought a 2013 Fiat 500 Turbo. We were shopping around for a few days...and almost didn't come down here from North County. THE DRIVE WAS WORTH IT!! We got a great car and enjoy driving it. The salesmen were not pushy and answered all my questions. There was an issue with the registration, but they took their time to solve the problem. During the issue, they answered all my questions and never ignored me. I will recommend them to everyone.

This is an amazing car dealership with quality cars at great prices. I already bought 2 cars from them and definitely will buy my next car from them.

The staff here is friendly, but no prices are listed on the vehicles. The prices are listed on their website. Jalal is one of their sales reps and he said they do trade ins. This week they will be at the used car tent sale at SDCCU stadium. All vehicles they sell are sold as is with no warranty on any vehicles. Price ranges for majority of the vehicles seem to be between 13,000 to 25,000 depends on mileage and year of the vehicle from what I saw. Not sure if I will buy from them but I say check them out to see if what they have is for you.

It is now over 2 years since I bought my Volvo XC90 from Karma Cars and I rarely write reviews but they were so amazing I really can't reccommend them highly enough. I know nothing about cars so I was nervous to buy a used car but my vehicle has been incredible for years now, low mileage and continues to run perfectly. I drove down to San Diego from L.A because they had the car I wanted and it was 2000 cheaper than the same car in L.A. The guys at Karma helped me organise a loan in their office and got me a great interest rate, and I also bought a 4 year warranty with the car for piece of mind. I've hardly needed to use that warranty but last year we replaced the air con compressor with it saving us 800 upfront. On top of all that - the guy that sold me the car ... I think his name was Joe - convoyed with me to Hertz after hours so I could drop back my rental and then drive my new car back to L.A. I know that doesnt sound like a big deal but it actually took AGES for various reasons, the first hertz was closed, we had to go to another one much further away, had to get gas etc, and he was so cool about all of it. It was dark by the time I left San Diego. I was really grateful to come across Karma Cars and as my first used car experience that was the ideal scenario on all fronts. Their name is actually pretty appropriate - at least it was for my experience - I get the feeling they just won't sell you a lemon.

These guys are nice, and they found a good car at auction with a good carfax history. Unfortunately, everything they did to the car to prepare it for sale was cheap and caused problems. First, the OEM tires were load rated at 107 and speed rated V. Karma Cars installed 102T tires on the car, which were more than 1000 pounds below rating and had very weak sidewalls, providing a squishy ride with a lot of lateral roll - not to mention the inherent safety issue of the load rating. Karma Cars offered to have "their tire shop" give me "their dealership price" to replace the tires so I called the tire shop and they quoted me a price that was 5 more per tire than I could get them at Discount Tire. Shady. I replaced the tires with 109V tires and it drives like it's supposed to - firm and safe. Why would anyone put crappy tires on a nice car? Profit. Just spend 300 more and charge the customer 300 more, for safety's sake. The only other thing that they fixed was to turn the brake rotors and install new brake pads. When the brakes started squeaking loudly a week after I bought the car, Karma Cars sent me to the shop that did the work and said that they would "take care of it." When I showed up, the shop said that the problem was that Karma Cars elected to use cheap brake pads instead of the OEM parts, saving 30. The shop said that their warranty for the work was not transferrable, and Karma Cars would not do anything to fix the problem. I was told that I could pay for new pads and that the rotors would have to be turned again because the cheap pads had glazed them. Karma Cars made poor decisions to shave 330 for their profit, costing me 900 to fix the problems. If Karma Cars wants to sell quality cars, they need to learn to make quality repairs and save their customers from future problems.
