Our family loves Bambu Katy! We have been going there since they opened and recommend it to all our friends. Our favorite is the Taro coconut smoothie and waffles.

My daughter is 7 and loves coming here! It's kid friendly: they have a little arcade to play video games, they sell little toys, there are board games and cards, she like this pomegranate orange guava juice drink with pandan jelly... and they have these yummy waffles that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I'm cautious about what goes in my food and I could see them cracking open coconuts, boiling tea leaves and cutting fresh fruit for their drinks. I've been to other places where they use powders for their teas and smoothies or they used boxed coconut milk and boxed coconut water. So I appreciate the quality that Bambu puts in their drinks. I've ordered things with lots of modifications and they were perfectly happy to do it... like less sweet, soy instead of milk, no dairy, extra add-ins, etc. Awesome place... I will be going there consistently!
Bambu is the best tea house in all of Texas. I will regularly visit any other tea house because they are simply not as good as this place. They make the tea or smoothies or anything exactly to the specifications of the customer. They treat me and other customer with the biggest smile and the most upbringing enthusiasm that is possible of staff that mean the customer well! If you want a tea or smoothie, this place is best, by a long shot!
I absolutely adore this place! It’s a cute place to hangout and relax. My go-to drink is the yogurt slush with the freshly cut fruits sprinkled over it. I definitely would recommend people to check it out. Customer service is great too!

My husband and I come here pretty often and the drinks and desserts are really good. We’re glad to have a local Bambu. However, their staff takes so long to make anything. 15-20 minutes for 2 desserts is a long time when we are the only customers there. And that is their normal amount of time everytime we order. There have been times where I walk in and have to wait 5 minutes just to be greeted and have my order taken. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they just opened, but now I think that they are just slower than most places. The shop is really cute and the drinks are great, but we only go when we aren’t in a rush to go anywhere.
