The churros here are my weakness so good. They always come out super fast and hot and crispy. Arequipeleche condensada is the magic combo. Highly recommend.

I always come here to get churros and i always leave tip and thank everyone for the customer service. I left work at 6:10 (I work at the mall) and they supposed to close at 7:00 i got there 6:14 max and door was closed and i called 4 times and none were answered and there’s people inside. As im writing this review someone just walked in front of me with a bag of churros and they said they just got it. You all had a frequent customer emphasize of “had”!
Called in at 6:40pm to place my order because I live 5 min away and they were supposed close at 7 and they said “we can only offer you sugar or cinnamon because we’re closing in 1 min” the only good churro’s place in Katy until i found another one..... I guess I have to give a 3er chance.
This is our second time visiting Katy Mills and first stop at Churromania! How did we miss it last time? This place is amazingly clean, friendly staff and delicious food. Great variety of snacks and drinks and the coffee is supreme! We are definitely making of this place a must-have stop.
My rating is for the coffee only as that is all I have tried. I really enjoy their lattes and cappuccinos. No automatics here... They make it old school. The people are always friendly and accommodating, and it hits my coffee needs. I feel it is essential to have a coffee place in the mall and this one is mine.
They never answer the phone like literally never. How do you expect costumers to place their Pick up orders? Absolutely ridiculous.
DANGEROUS HEALTH PRACTICES! Let me start with the guy at the register HANDLED MY FOOD WITH HIS BARE HANDS! This was of course after he handled money, restocked the sodas, pulled down his mask several times, and wiped down the counters! When I asked for a refund and I watched him wash his hands while the manager helped me. THE SOAP WAS SEVERLY WATERED DOWN! When I pointed this out to the manager she denied that the soap was watered down, but it was painstakingly obvious! We are in the middle of a pandemic! Someone could get hurt!
It has many Venezuelan products that give you that nostalgic feeling. The food is generally REALLY good. This is honestly one of my favorite places to sit down and have a coffee.
