While the buying experience was fairly easy the set up for delivery and set up was TERRIBLE! the people that came to set up our furniture did a terrible job! For 120 they set up my daughter's bed CROOKED! The food board was sideways and the slats the mattress sat on was unstable. When we called them they did not believe us. My husband had to leave work, drive up there and show them a video and pictures to show what a horrible job was done. Finally they said someone would come fix it which they did but they did NOT have masks and so we gave them some. 2 N95 masks to be exact. I would NOT recommend purchasing from here or at least not the set up for sure. It is a rip off. We were quoted 100 but was charged 120 along with a ton of frustration. It's better to pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere with better service than be frustrated trying to say a buck.

I will not do business with Katy Furniture in the future. I've purchased multiple pieces in the past and recently brought in my grandmother who was looking for a new dining room table. We found one she liked and noted the cash price at 1,299, credit 1,499. This was her first stop so she continued shopping at other places. After a couple of weeks she decided on this particular table and we went back in to look one last time, at that time snapping a photo of the price. We were told it wasn't in stock at the time and should place our order in a couple of weeks, as it should be back in stock and we could get in time for Christmas. At no point was it mentioned a price increase was coming. I went in last week to pay cash for the table, and much to my surprise the cash price jumped 200. I mentioned to the rep this table was a gift that was being split four ways and that was a significant jump (over 15%). They would not honor the price I was given (and photographed) about three weeks before. I went back in today to speak to management and although the rep was very respectful, was pretty much told it is what it is even though we were willing to pay cash, and was unable to speak to management. Overall a VERY disappointing experience for a Christmas gift our family saved for and was looking forward to giving to our grandmother.

They have given me the wrong couch, completely different from what they have advertised to me on their web site. They have damaged the furniture the first time around, returned it, brought back the piece again, and then come to find out that the size is not what we wanted. They kept saying they would return the whole thing for what I asked for, and they turn me away and won't take it back. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING YOU WHAT YOU ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I had purchased a table of last year from Katy furniture and within a day the table leg just came off. I called Katy Furniture and they informed to email with pictures and i emailed them right away. I called the store and they told me they have to get a hold of the manufacture and they will call me back within a week. well nope they never called. so i called and called and no they kept telling me only Shannon in customer service could help. i left her numerous messages but never heard back from her. so went to the store and again she was like well take care of it don't worry. now Shannon doesn't work there and then spoke to other girls and called and spoke to numerous people from Nicole. to tiffany but no one ever solved my problem. after calling and calling and its been 9 month and I still don't have my table fixed. i had also purchased there 5 year warranty. Don't waste your money here. The furniture is cheap and will break and the customer service is even more worst. they don't care about there customers one bit.

I absolutely love this store!! One of the best for good quality, beautiful, and affordable home decor. Very unique pieces that you’ve never seen anywhere else, even the bedding. There’s styles to match any household. There is a separate kids section upstairs- didn’t check it out since there wasn’t anything I was looking for. Sales reps are good but the ladies at the front desk could be more helpful and friendlier. You can’t walk out without buying something!
