Cool place, cool bikes in stock, but if you are gonna drop 3G in a bike shop for a new bike, can you at least offer up a bike fitting?? Had to pull the info about the bike out of these guys as none were willing to \sell\ the bike. If u just need something and don't care about service, great place.

During the pandemic, many places didn't have any decent stock but the Handlebar Cyclery did. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable.

I had a great experience at Handlebar this weekend. Everyone there I talked to was fantastic. I was shopping for my first bike as an adult and I wasn't clear on which bike type was best for me. I worked with Richard primarily and he was very patient explaining all of the options and details. I had been to a few larger chain stores in Houston prior to Handlebar, and I kept being upsold on likely higher commission bikes that were not ideal for my riding. The customer service won me over and I ended up buying a hardtail mountain.

I brought in an over 20 year old Trek Mountain Bike which had not been ridden that long for a Tune Up and parts replacement. The next day I had a complete work order on what needed to be done with suggestions. That my friends is absolutely outstanding and impressive to say the least. That was done by Richard who is remarkable in my opinion. This is an exceptional place to visit and buy a Bike or have Service done on one. Thank you !

best service...nice shop. the staff and the owner are always there to help. they even let me rent a seat to try before I buy. (its an expensive seat) this seat was awesome! it is as comfortable as you can get for all those long rides im trying to work up to. During this corona time it's also good to see the extra effort to make customers feel good about shopping there.. Thanks for all the help!!
