Decent location - safe, close, and easy to get to. The selection is broad and the animals with their products are amazing. No matter the need or want, if it involves a desire for a pet or taking care of the one you've got, this place should be on your list.

Never have had a bad experience here. Employees have been helpful when I've needed help and I usually get greeted when I enter. I was looking for a new dry food brand for my dog as the one I used to get no longer is sold at Petco, and they let me know why. They've been doing a lot of positive changes in the food they provide for our furry friends, & I can't say how thankful I am that they provided that info. I made a change for the better in my dog's diet. I bought Organix for small breeds and my dog loved it.
In store cashier took my cash payment then handed me the free coupon book. I said Taste Of The Wild dog food is never on sale. She said there is a coupon in the book on page two. I said I already paid she said \YEAH\. I looked and the coupon expires on 02-28-21 and I said I won't need to buy again so soon. She said \YEAH\. She didn't offer the coupon with full knowledge of 20% off on page 02. She didn't offer to correct the sale and encourage me to be back with over the top customer service. All I received was dog food and a receipt. I called the customer service number on the receipt and was treated to excellent customer service. I was apologized to and given 15.00 credit on my account under my phone number. THAT...is how you save a customer, execute customer service and create brand loyalty. Corporate gets it even if store personnel could care less. I would say as a customer at PETCO, you have to be PET-SMART and be proactive. Always ask if there are any coupons available that apply to your purchase before payment.
Wonderful experience with grooming today. Lindsey was super sweet to my dogs, and they warmed up to her instantly. They came home looking and smelling great too! I highly recommend this location, and Lindsey. 5 stars for sure. Picture of happy Humphrey after his visit!
