ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely a horrible experience!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! We brought 2 vehicles here (a 1976 and a 2020). One they had for 2 months (only needed radiator and AC fix) they kept telling us the parts were at their other location. The other vehicle they had for almost 3 weeks and they kept telling us the vehicle will be ready, but when the date came it was always an excuse why it wasn’t. Mind you we paid everything upfront (a huge mistake on our part), so there was never an issue with payment. My husband finally got tired of the lies and unprofessional service , he decided to go get the vehicles regardless if they were done or not. When we got there they tried to withhold the vehicles for whatever reason came to mind because they kept switching things up. They could never keep the same story/excuses going. Again they were paid upfront so their was no reason they could hold our vehicles. Also the work on both vehicles wasn’t completed at all. We just wanted our vehicles. After much back and forth, I decided to call the police for them to release our property. When the police arrived the police made them release our property because they could not hold our property. The police also advised us to contact an attorney and file suit because they were paid and neither vehicle wasn’t fixed. We had to have one of our vehicles towed to the dealership because we couldn’t drive it (when we took it there, it was safe to drive), who knows what they did. We are taking the advise of the officers and filing suit. You can’t let scam artist like this “business” continue to take advantage of hard working consumers. We have heard they have changed their name several times. Now we know why, wish we knew that before! They are Sharks alright!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

Communication is ALWAYS THE KEY.Called numerous occasion since my Collision. Understanding at times we all get busy.Although a friendly call for updates or simply to return calls would have been good. Having to contact Wrecker driver just to get the ball rolling and to reach out to the office was wow!Hats off to our wrecker driver for taking on a task that didn't apply to him!Needless to say a call was made and our car was fixed!!!If communication was hand and hand like Shark Collision Fixes car maybe it would be superb!!!! Dated June 10,2020 my accident was last year November. Great if it's new management!!!Maybe next time whomever wont push false accusations to insurance company and maybe for someone else.Kinda left a bad taste.Also translation make sure that there are English speaking people please!!!

Extremely disappointing experience with this company! Gave them my parts in the beginning of June and told them I needed them at the end of June and they said it would be no problem. Checked in several times to see how it was going and was always told no problem we will get them done most of the time the owner was not even there. Stopped in on July 6th and was told they would be ready that afternoon. Great no worries I will pick them up early next week. Gave them the whole week and went back on July 15th only to be told they are not ready and that they could be ready by tomorrow but it was going to be extra money. I was done at this point and was not paying extra for any thing. Was told there was a lot more labor involved but no one ever said that in the many times I went over there. I had to pay the agreed upon price for my parts that were not even completed. Horrible communication. I feel ripped off! Save your time and hard earned money and go some where else...
