Still an issue. Even more so now. In over 8 days less than 12hours worth of work has been done. Let that set in. Would have been better off driving a few hours to another dealer/ service center. Which is what I will be doing from now on if I ever need anything. Their sales tactics are a lie and they have employees and fake accounts leave false 5 star reviews.
Not overly impressed but they did give me a good deal, in my opinion. They could have done better but they did work with me and did go an extra mile on a couple of things. I wasn't able to test ride it before I bought it but that was my chance I took. They delivered it when they picked up my trade-ins, neither of which they had to do. Once I got my bike delivered and they left I decided to take it out and see how it handled. Found on the ride there was a mechanical problem and got in touch with them when I returned home. After some communication we agreed on a solution and they followed through and the mechanical problem was corrected. My sales person, Bret, was really nice and kept in touch until everything was solved and over and done with. The big manager was not nearly as friendly as my sales person, the lady who took care of the extra paper work and email communication. He didn't act like he wanted my business like everyone else did with the exception of the guy in parts when I was looking to buy a new helmet. Kind of ho-hum about the whole customer relations thing. Yeah, you're here but I really don't want to be bothered attitude. On the other hand, I did have a small accident on my way to Wild West to drop off some paperwork. I hit a curb and blew a tire on my car. The receptionist was kind hearted enough to get me some help to change the tire, take it down the road to get it replaced and bring me back and put the tire back on my car so I could get home. I wish I could remember her name and I apologize for that, but she and Jason were extremely helpful and kind to help me get back on the road. All in all, I would recommend Wild West Motoplex. I just wouldn't suggest dealing with the general manager unless you're a man.
I have already locked my eye on the Honda Shadow Aero 2020 before going there. Mr. Bo Burns was very helpful and courteous in assisting me throughout my purchase experience. Mr. Rafe Hickman was very patience and friendly in answering all kind of questions my wife had with respect to helmet fitting, safety questions etc. Mr. Chris Sides was very friendly and very helpful in explaining the important vehicle documentations. Overall, my wife and I had a pleasant visit to the shop. We will definitely recommend other rider friends over to check out.
More than 12 weeks it took them to do poor quality work this machine was less than a month old and garage kept before they got ahold of it. The more I deal with this the worse this company has become. They even retaliate against other businesses and people for telling the truth on reviews. They absolutely failed to care for my equipment. WW did no6 take care of or clean it. This was left out in the weather and filled with water. They Failed to put factory stickers back on and did not complete the job. The windshield was rigged on instead of properly installed. The decals they did remember are bubbled and crooked. I have attached several pictures but have many more photos and videos of issues that I listed.
