I was interested in getting some work done from this company and received at home consultation. Michelle told me that she would get back to me in a couple days with an estimate. It's been over a month and I have not received a call. I called on 2 different occasions to check the process and each time I was told they were \working on it\. When I called back after the month passed they said it was left on the desk and no one tried to reach out to me. I am highly displeased with how this company handled me as a client.

I'm not very savvy when it comes to interior design, but my experience with Window & Home decor was a lot more painless than I had imagined. Needed to update my kitchen/Family rooms. Was shown a variety of choices of window treatments and was given some recommendations that worked out extremely well. I had no idea there were so many really different ways to use window treatments to completely change the look and feel of my house. Will be back when I update other rooms in my house.
I was very pleased with the service I received here. Personal prompt service with immediate in home visit for measurements. ..and then follow up by phone to be sure I was pleased.! Highly recommended!
