Their sales approach was extremely misleading and built the impression that the software was simple to learn and use. They did not disclose the amount of time required to learn the software system and their coaching is very inadequate. Be prepared to do your own research / youtube-university on how to build the system you need for your business. In my business, there simply was not enough time to learn the system in order to put it into practice. 0/10 for customer service. In June I called to cancel my subscription, the customer service representative confirmed over the phone that the subscription has been cancelled but since my account was pre-paid that it would continue until the pre-paid time expired. Well, the account was not cancelled and they are refusing to refund the 2 months subscribed that I had asked to be cancelled. Also, be prepared to be sent a bajillion emails and if you don't read all of them you may miss the one that states that the account is set to \auto renew.

I have had the program for years. Cost tens of thousands and there is no way to take anything out of the program that you built if you want to leave. No way to save it in case you want to return in a year or 2. Very confusing to use. Would never recommend anyone to use this system for CRM. There are way better, easier, more cost effective systems out there for businesses.
