I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded and lip waxed. Plus a nose facial. And today was the worst experience ever. Whoever I had completely rushed. I have burn marks on each side of my lips she ripped the wax off with out being gentle at all. Totally poor service. I NEVER was the type to write reviews but this time I had to. I had some where to go tomorrow and my face is completely messed up.

My daughter's first time getting eyebrows done and her experience at iBrows Beauty Studio was beyond expectations! I as well, had a first time Eyebrow Laminate and Henna and my results were amazing. Covid regulations were on point! Personnel was very professional and informative! Will definitely return for more services and I recommend 100% !!

Extremely disappointed and upset with this place. I was a regular customer here up until Tuesday. I got my lashes done on Tuesday and got an extremely allergic reaction which I had to get them removed by Friday. I was away for work so it has been a nightmare I had to get them removed in another place because I was far from here... I called on Thursday to explain what Happened and how they were falling off after getting them done a day before and all I got was oh yea them get them removed. Lol I spend 90 plus a 22 dollar tip and that’s all your going to say. I was expecting at least someone to ACT LIKE THEY CARE I ENDED UP GOING TO THE HOSPITAL ON SATURDAY MISSING A DAY OF WORK BECAUSE OF THIS AND NOONE SEEMED TO CARE. If I was running a business and something happens in MY STORE the least I can do is act like I care and make sure I do everything possible to help. Now I am on antibiotics for 10 days and my eye looks horrible. I will never step foot in here again and I was regular customer I always tip good and always would get multiple services. I never ever leave no one bad reviews but the fact that they acted so unbothered did it for me.
I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted here. It makes the world of a difference to my face. I love how they shape my brows and how sweet the employees are. I would just recommend trying to go during the week because they spend a little more time on your brows. Additionally, they have truly taken all necessary precautions during COVID.
