I just wanted to commend Mr. C. Galvan, the service consultant who helped me. He was kind, professional, courteous and efficient. It is clear that he works hard and cares about doing a great job and helping people who come in. I am not sure who the mechanic / automotive professional who looked at my Rogue was, but just wanted to thank them as well and all the staff. I hope that he is recognized for doing a great job. My sincerest thanks to him and the service dept. I don't much know how to write reviews but hope this is helpful. I'm a resident doctor so I recognize that not only are they doing a great job, they're taking a personal risk to their health as essential workers during a pandemic who interact with customers and deserve commendation for that as well. I love my new used car! Jerome Dorio was our salesman, he was upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and just very helpful throughout the whole process. Absolutely amazing experience. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and this was worlds better than the first. Chad Johnson is so kind, helpful, and listened to what I was saying and didn’t pressure me into a car I didn’t want. I gave him my budget and there were no games, only facts on what could be done and what it would look like payment and interest rate wise. I can’t recommend him enough. Chris in finance (sorry I didn’t catch his last name!) is also amazing, very helpful and helped me get the best deal possible on my new car. I felt comfortable and respected, a huge thing as a young woman purchasing a vehicle on her own. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone I know looking for a vehicle from now on.

I was advised during my initial phone contact, prior to my visit, to ask for a young lady named Michaela. She had been my service representative on my last visit however I did not remember exactly what Michaela looked like. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by a young lady wearing a face mask who seemed to know that I was there for an oil change. So, I assumed this was Michaela. I may have created some confusion by trying to complete the online service request form sent to my phone by the first young lady(I didn’t get her name). This form was new to my experience at Keating. Nonetheless, Michaela saw to it that I received the service I needed. It appears the two ladies worked out between themselves any confusion I may have caused and I left there a happy customer. Thank you!
