Decided to use Keith's Marina for the 1st time for winterizing my boat. When I went to pick up the boat, the service employee told me everything was ready to go. When I got the boat home I went to uncover it, and found that they left the power switch on and the fish finder running. Worst of all, once I removed the cover completely, they didn't refasten the tie-downs to the bimini top causing a mess of dings and marks on the boat. When I called to explain what happen their was no apology or concern for their carelessness. I'll never use this marina again.

I have now bought 2 pontoon boats from Keith's Marina. I could not be happier with everyone there! The purchase process was as smooth as could be, they helped with anything needed for getting our loan set up. I also bought a lift from them, and both the boat and the lift arrived in pristene condition, and the whole process was incredible. If I ever buy another boat, it will be from Keith's Marina.
