Holy cow! What a great company. I called and explained my issue over the phone and at the end of the call I was told to bring my desktop down ASAP so we could have a better look. After we did all the diagnostic testing, we were able to determine the motherboard had bit the dust sadly. luckily he had the exact motherboard in shop I needed to replace mine. I got everything I needed annnd it was a steal of a deal!!! Should I even mention how quickly my problem was fixed?? What I thought would take several days a week or more... it only took one day. Thank you so much Hughie!
