Went in to have mine and my husband's rings cleaned because its been almost 2 years since the last time. Not only were the two ladies very sweet, but they took their time doing the rings and made them look new again! What surprised me, was that they cleaned the rings free of charge, even though the rings weren't purchased from Kay! I will definitely be shopping at Kay for future jewelry needs after such a pleasant experience.

I know when I walk into Kay Jewlers Keizer Station I will get great customer service. Damien Nascimento and Kristin Kennedy always are such a big help when I need anything! I recently needed two rings sized so they didn’t spin on my fingers and they had a couple of great ideas! I worked in customer service for over 20 years and it’s important to me!
