This place sells phenomenal hot sauce, i bought three of their hot sauces and it is some of the best hot sauces I've ever gotten

Chef Peter planned a great menu for our cooking class. Everything was well prepared and organized when we got there. We had a great time learning to cook new dishes and he gave us the recepies in a binder to take with us. Highly recommend the cooking class.

I started buying from Chef Peter when he had a booth at the farmers market....now, my pantry (and fridge) is stocked with Texas Gourmet spices, hot sauces, etc... Because of the quality, flavor, but most of all Chef Pete's customer service, I will forever be a loyal customer.
