Called today because there were some baby raccoons and a momma in the back of my fireplace inside the wall. I had an appointment with a pest control setup for Thursday morning to have them removed yeah, they had told me they would have to break the inside brick out to remove them. John showed up a couple hours later and helped remove the raccoons, he is also working with my landlord to order a chimney topper because our size isn't a regular one that Home Depot or Lowe's carries. Very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend!

Friendly visit. Agreed on work to be done. I think he did a good job. However, I still had air coming in around the insert. Called several times. No reply. Finally got a reply and he told me to text him address and he would set up a time and come back out and help. Never heard from him. After several months I tried again. Left messages, no reply. I finally reached him. He apologized and offered excuses. We set a time for him to come out. He did call that morning he was to arrive and said he could not make it but would be back in town around 1pm and would call on his way back and then come out. I have not heard from him since then. It has been several weeks or more now. Thought I would post this info. Disappointed.
He came to our house this morning. He was very professional and pollite. Answered all our questions, did a great job. Also, gave us a veterans discount for veterans day.
