This place was a blast. I wasn’t expecting to have so much fun, but it was a really enjoyable experience. Decently affordable rides, great shops around, and great scenery to walk by the water. This is a fun place to go with friend yet is also a family friendly environment you could bring a family with kids to enjoy. If you’re in Houston, this is definitely a spot to make sure you visit.

It’s nice to have a small amusement park. We went during the weekday (Thursday) in Oct 2020 where the Covid was still a threat. Nevertheless this place took extra measures making their customers safe. They sprayed and wiped down the seats and handles after each ride that were used. They could also improve by wiping down the exit door handles and seat belts. There were a lot of sanitizing stations around although honestly only some were functional and many were empty. It was quiet so they had staff rotating between some of the rides. It could be improved if they put a timing on the rides so we can queue at the right place when the rides are being manned as we stood in line waiting a few times at the ride which was manned by staff but that staff then disappeared. We went to another ride that was open and stood waiting to get in the next ride but the staff again disappeared either for a break or rotating to manned another ride. Some rides were totally closed and the little carousel was closed on the upper deck. In total, we sat only 7 different rides with an all day pass. We skipped one of the rides but that was all that was opened on that day. But still, it was a great day out and the tickets were reasonable.
Such a fun place to go!! Has an almost retro vibe to the amusement area. Nice to see all the rides operational right now with lots of people having fun. Great place to get a bite to eat and stroll along the boardwalk. We spent an afternoon here looking out at the water and watching all the boats going in and out of the inlet.
I am from Florida and I truly enjoyed this experience. Some rides were open some were not but that’s expected. Not much food vendors or vendors at all were open, I would’ve loved cotton candy or fair type of food while I was there. Also maybe a hanna tattoo or my picture painted. I would love to come back in the night when it’s not cold though. I would definitely visit again.
I bet this place is amazing during the summer. However we just went in February and there wasn't much going on. They still had the rides up and going and that was a plus. An amazing entertainment area. Designed beautifully. They're doing a lot of road construction and on the other side of the river it literally looks like homeless people live over there. However it was amazing to go and check out a new entertainment area to us.
