We had a unique experience of having to purchase a used vehicle before we saw it and drove it due to the amount of people interested in it. We closed on the car and I picked up the vehicle a few days later, unfortunately the previous owner was a heavy smoker and we were unhappy with our purchase. Ken Garff were amazing, they worked with us to try and get the smell out and when it didn't work they took the car back. These guys are amazing!

Great experience! I got a call about a recall for a part on my car. We set up an appointment, I dropped the car off, thought it was good. Turns out, the part was on back order, and I wouldn’t be able to get my car back for a few days. The service team at Ken Garff Honda was super apologetic, and they immediately got me set up with a temporary replacement vehicle (which was a nice car!). Despite what you may think, the back ordered parts were barely an inconvenience! When my car was done, returning the temporary car and getting my own was quick and painless. Overall, I was impressed and satisfied by how quickly and professionally everything was handled.
