Fantastic Car buying experience. Spencer was our salesman and was great. From the whole experience from the accessories person to the finance person - Abraham - to Noni - the manager they were all great. Highly recommend. Also as your search I would start with car fax records that have green light maintenance records. We found what we wanted and then the dealership was great to work with. Very good experience. Will update the review if anything changes.

We had an excellent experience at West Valley Dodge used cars. Our salesman, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and made the transaction very smooth. The manager, Jager, worked out a deal that we just couldn't pass up. The finance guy, Kevin, knew his stuff and didn't try to push extras on us. There were some open recalls on the vehicle and they pulled some strings and got all that taken care of before we left. We have bought vehicles from this dealership and have always been treated well. I would certainly recommend West Valley Ken Garff for a great car buying experience. They really do hear you!

After a negative experience this past week, Bret and Jeff worked with us to make it right. We still had to watch the numbers like a hawk, but when we pointed out errors, they were corrected. We appreciate the efforts made to remedy a tough situation. We're still out 4000, since apparently down payments disappear into the nether. Make sure you research any car you buy to see if there are any known defects. The dealer will absolutely not tell you.

Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had the displeasure of going through. I’ve never seen so much dishonesty in my life. Selling a 2020 39,000 car in the worst condition I have ever seen for a 1 year old certified pre-owned car. None of which was disclosed at the time of purchase. I was told it’s in excellent condition and asked for videos. Did a good job making sure the flaws were not shown. Didn’t find out until the night before delivery how bad it was. They said they would fix it. They did. Then again the day of delivery showed a few more things that I wanted taken care of which they would not. Then said yeah “the previous owner did not take care of this car, I don’t know what we will do with it. Probably sell it at an auction.” Next day up for sale for 1900 more probably fixing the issues. Should have done that at first instead of trying to sneak this passed. Awful experience all around.
