The staff are thoroughly professional and polite. Captain Rob took us on the swamp tour and I can honestly say that this was the the very best airboat tour that I have taken. We saw alligators from close quarters and also saw an alligator nest. We were able to see a variety of birds including a bald eagle. Captain Rob was enthusiastic in showing us all aspects of the swamp and was very knowledgeable. We definitely plan to visit again.

This was my first swamp tour. My daughter, my girlfriend and I had a blast. I wish I could remember our captains name. He was absolutely phenomenal. He included everyone in his tour guide dialog and it made the experience that much better. If you came to see wildlife in its natural habitat....this is the place. You will see many types of birds close up. The alligators and turtles are everywhere. The guide takes you right up to them without intruding in their personal space. Everyone was very welcoming and that is why I would recommend this place to anyone. Even if you care less about seeing wildlife, the fan boat was so much fun.

Love this tour! We did a different tour on the last trip and this one was sooooo much better! The small boat is so much more personal and easier for everyone to see the wildlife. The headsets are so great because we could talk to each other and hear the captain/guide. We saw so much wildlife! Bald Eagles, turtles, snail kites and so many gators! Even several baby gators! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip! Highly recommend! UPDATE: Came back again, weather was cooler which made alligator viewing in the afternoon even better because they were up warming themselves in the sun! We saw the largest and smallest gators we have ever seen on an airboat tour. Only suggestion I have is maybe having an annual pass of some sort available for Oceola Co residents (maybe for only weekday tours) or a deep discount for residents of accompanied by a visiting guest. This tour never gets old! Added more pictures of big and little gators.
