I give them a five-star I had no phone service and they let me use the phone in the office to get my pickup number I was out there about an hour and a half and the girl at the front desk just really nice

Nice folks here. Rough parking lot, but good. Have to scale in your empty weight, go to office, then load. After loading, scale your gross, park and get your paperwork. Glad they have a scale onsite

Great place to get loads from. Just it's the busy time of year for them

This place is a complete joke. I’m not sure what happened to the old manager Tony but whoever hired this guy Larry as the new manager needs to monitor this man. Larry has absolutely the worst communication skills I have ever experienced with a manager. He sets his employees up for failure in hopes that they will either quit on their own or begin performing bad where they will be terminated. He has his favorites and when you present a complaint, if the complaint (harassment) involves his favorites he will ignore you and act as if it never happened. This company use to be full of team oriented hard working people six months ago and because of this man wanting everyone else to do his job , example: telling one employee to tell another employee he’s going to be written up if he doesn’t do his job correctly has caused all the employees to dislike each other when ultimately Larry is the one who should be addressing any concerns with each employee himself. If by chance someone in a higher positions sees this review, you may think of looking back six months ago on how many times your equipment wasn’t working verses now. Larry’s favorites are running your equipment into the ground where they are constantly breaking down on the next mans shift and he’s intimidated to do his job and correct employees. I hope for the best for this company because our town needs it to succeed but I just don’t see that happening with that type of management.
