I HIGHLY recommend Kendal Technology Services for anyone needing any help at all with electronics! Not only do I know Ken professionally, but I am proud to say he is also a dear friend. Ken is very attentive to your needs and wants and even helps you explore the many options that are available. He is very patient and helps every step of the way. His staff are very kind a friendly. I am not a very "techy" person. I was in need of a new computer and told him in a nutshell what I needed and what I didn't want. What he produced for me was PERFECT and affordable! They even offer affordable payment plans! If you want a friendly, honest, reliable, "doesn't -make-you-feel-like-you're-an-idiot" tech guy that goes above and beyond, this is the right spot for you! I had my laptop repaired due to a broken hinge and cracked screen, and also bought a laptop for my son to use for school. I am very pleased with both and Ken is very professional and you can tell he really cares about the service he gives. Came in with a laptop that wouldn't turn of after a screen replacement, Ken did everything in his power to find out what was wrong with it. Turned out to be a fried MoBo. He tried everything before that to help us out and get it back to its working state. We got a new laptop and he transferred the files so it was like the laptop never died. The best service, good prices on repairs, and will ALWAYS call you about parts or new labor before he starts. 10/10 will return in the future and would definitely recommend!

Super happy with the work these guys do, I had a custom build PC. and the price blew me away.. super impressed with the quality I got from them in my equipment. They broke it dwon from the processors to the Ram, hard drive etc. Very competitive pricing indeed.

The staff at Kendal, especially Ken Burns, jumped right in to help me out and got my computer repaired and optimized very quickly and professionally.
