After 15 requests they REFUSE to stop delivering their solicitation paper to my apartment. The delivery person not only bounces it off my front window, but the b*tch has even hit my car. Christy Day, circulation manager doesn’t care. I’ve spoken with her numerous times about this and she says it will stop, it never has and we have a strict NO SOLICITATION policy where I live. This is BS!
