I don't think I can go back there. They are nice but there is no emotion for the animals. It took me a few minutes to realize what was going on at our last visit. One of the ladies said to a gentleman what your wife to chicken to come in? He had tears on his face...he just brought in his little dog to be put to sleep. The vet then yelled for a box. To me this is a private thing...the vet and personel should be patient ...pets are family not just objects. They were in and out within 8 mins.
